Zachory O’Neill is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and the founder and CEO of SlideSoft Technologies, a company redefining how organizations assess, respond to, and manage risk through its patented Living Assessment Platform. Under his leadership, SlideSoft has deployed mission-critical safety and behavioral assessment tools—such as the EOP, BTAM, PSA, and BHCA modules—across school districts and government agencies nationwide, empowering real-time preparedness, accountability, and decision-making.
