How it works > Our Products Suicide Risk Screenings
A suicide risk screening is a short set of structured questions used to quickly identify whether someone may be experiencing thoughts of self-harm or emotional distress. It is not a diagnosis—its purpose is to recognize early warning signs, ensure immediate safety, and determine whether the person needs urgent support or referral to a mental-health professional.
