Lewis Craparotta joins SlideSoft Technologies with over 38 years of leadership experience. He spent 15 of his last 20 years in command positions leading large complex organizations. In his last 5 years of active service, he commanded I Marine Expeditionary Force, U.S Marine Corps Forces Pacific, and Training and Education Command before retiring on October 1, 2021. He brings a broad expertise in strategic planning, risk analysis, project management, education and training, homeland security, and team leadership. He has built and mentored teams that have excelled in planning and execution, and routinely exceeded objectives-based organizational goals.

Lewis is a proven team builder, mentor, and a critical thinker who knows how to solve complex problems. His role at SlideSoft will help set priorities and shape the organization for the future.
